Shipping
We currently accept shipping addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $7.99 per order and is shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Your shipping address is collected securely through Stripe Checkout. Review it carefully before payment; customers are responsible for delays or extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. If your package is delayed or appears lost, email us with your order number so we can help investigate.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact info@dmladonaromatics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Returns
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, returns are generally limited to unused and unopened items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions when a return is approved.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
