Products and descriptions
We work to keep product names, prices, scent descriptions, images, and availability accurate. Colors and appearance may vary by screen and by batch. Fragrance preferences are subjective, so product descriptions are provided as guidance rather than a guarantee of a particular experience.
Orders and payment
Orders are submitted through Stripe Checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order confirmation is issued. We may contact you if information is incomplete, an item becomes unavailable, or an obvious pricing or listing error needs to be corrected.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any checkout charges are shown before payment is completed.
Safe use
Use fragrance products only as directed on the product or packaging. Do not ingest fragrance products. Keep products away from children, pets, flames, heat, eyes, and sensitive surfaces. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice for a serious reaction.
First Ones On Me
First Ones On Me is an account-gated sampling offer for two complimentary hanging diffusers; only the configured shipping charge is collected. After a completed offer, a customer may try two different scents again after 60 days if no paid order has been placed. A paid online or in-person order immediately ends eligibility and cancels future follow-up emails. We may verify account and order history and void duplicate or improperly obtained claims.
Ladon Circle rewards
Ladon Circle is an account-based purchase and referral rewards program. At the current standard rate, signed-in customers earn 1 point per whole $1 of paid merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping. Points are added after a successful payment is confirmed and accumulate in the customer's account.
100 points may be exchanged for $5.00 in Ladon store credit. Converted credit remains in the customer's reward wallet until used and may be applied from the shopping bag. A completed eligible referral currently gives the referring customer 100 points and the referred signed-in customer 50 welcome points. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be corrected for cancelled, refunded, duplicated, fraudulent, or improperly credited orders. Program rates and availability may be updated through the Ladon control center.
Ladon Prize Drop
The Ladon Prize Drop is a free, account-based weekly promotion. No purchase is necessary to play. One play is allowed per customer account every seven days, and each play receives one prize code. Codes expire 30 days after issue and may be redeemed once with a paid purchase.
Prize odds: 45% for 5% off, 45% for two free diffusers that may be mixed between eligible vent and hanging styles, 7% for 50% off, and 3% for 80% off. Percentage-prize savings are limited to $5 for the 5% prize, $10 for the 50% prize, and $15 for the 80% prize. Discounts apply to merchandise only, exclude shipping, cannot be combined with another promotion or membership discount, and have no cash value. A paid product must be included in the order to redeem any claw prize. We may verify account eligibility and void duplicate, fraudulent, or improperly obtained entries.
